David meets with new clients to better understand how his team of experts can support their growth goals through tailored marketing plans. David also has regular check-ins with each DTD team member to ensure we are creating a good workplace culture and a growth mindset for all employees.

David is creative, motivated and a good listener. He uses these skills to bring new ideas to his team and help them execute these ideas so we can be better for our clients, teammates, and most importantly, our families.

David is a proud member of Entrepreneur Organizations (EO) and gains much value from learning events and peer-to-peer learning. As a board member for the EO Accelerator program, he shares his experience growing his own business with younger entrepreneurs.

He has been fortunate enough to travel extensively around the globe. Most notably, his sense of adventure took him on a six-month trip across the USA where he ran out of money in San Francisco and ended up living there for 10 years. In SF, David honed his skills in graphic design, website development, and marketing while working at several agencies in silicon valley in the first dot com bubble. It was in SF where he met his darling wife of 20 years, Tanya, and they now have two teenage daughters.

David continually studies personal growth and development, striving to better himself and better support the people around him every day. He plays piano, guitar, bass and loves getting together with friends to play music. A long time ago he tried to be a rock star but never quite got famous, but check him out anyway here.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Matthew helps drive new business, business strategy and leads the customer success team. A seasoned marketing and sales professional, Matthew brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the table for all of our clients.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Alan provides the strategic leadership and oversight required to scale client impact. He empowers his team to pioneer innovative solutions that move the needle for our clients while maintaining total alignment with their long-term goals.

He also ensures that everyone is painfully aware of his love for Taco Bell.

Stella is the friendly face you’ll meet right away as your first point of contact when reaching out to DTD. She’ll schedule and attend your first discovery calls and make sure your needs are included in the scope of work and relayed clearly to the team for kick off. Then, you’ll see her throughout your project, and every quarter, when she shares reports during your Quarterly Customer Success calls. With this high-level view of your project, she can ensure your campaign is fully serving you and proactively keeps you up-to-date on our strategy. With a background in theatre and psychology, she carries a show-must-go-on attitude to meet deadlines and manage all the details.

Before DTD, Stella designed wedding invitations in shops in NYC and Montclairs for 10 years. She loves graphic design and fonts, and has special skills to troubleshoot any printer you put in front of her. She still dabbles in the wedding industry as a chalkboard artist.

Stephanie manages a variety of client projects from full website launches to updating your bio. She ensures that your project stays on track and meets your goals, no matter the size of the task. With certifications in Google Project Management, Hubspot Digital Marketing, and Hubspot SEO, Stephanie has the expertise to guide your objectives to the best outcome. Her past experience includes a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree from Louisiana State University and leading art, fabrication, development, and marketing teams, so she can bring an artistic but strategic perspective to your project.

Stephanie is also a mom to a two-year-old daredevil and a very grumpy cat. When she’s not working, she’s making sculptures, woodworking, solving crossword puzzles, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Samin codes the websites and helps keep servers running, while handling all other tech-related things at DTD. He’s the reason your website will load quickly, giving you the foundation for great results. With a degree in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, he has always enjoyed the intersection between design and technology, bringing that to his work in web development every day. He is certified in Hubspot Marketing Software and Hubspot Inbound to ensure development always brings results.

While he rarely shares personal information, we can tell you he loves Nandos, sci-fi, and gaming.

Meet Savannah, a Senior Account Manager with a passion for ensuring client success and satisfaction. In her role, Savannah manages client requests and oversees projects, working alongside the Digital Marketing Strategists to implement next-level campaigns that drive results. With a background in sales, marketing, and project management, she brings a unique perspective to bridge the gap between sales and marketing. Savannah is certified in Google Analytics and holds multiple HubSpot certifications, with over five years of experience in CRM.

Outside of work, Savannah is an avid reader who loves Greek mythology and thriller stories. She also enjoys cooking and listening to music, often combining both hobbies. Originally from the Sunshine State, Savannah graduated from the University of Florida—Go Gators!—before making the move to Washington, D.C. Her commitment to excellence and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to our team and clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Sarah is an Account Manager at DTD, bringing genuine care for her clients and the organizational instincts to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. She holds a BA in Marketing and an MS in Business Design & Innovation from Carthage College, and comes to the team with hands-on client success experience. Her background enables her to understand both the strategy behind a campaign and what clients actually need to feel supported.

Outside of work, Sarah is happiest outdoors — hiking national park trails with her camera in hand, or tending to her garden at home with her cats and dog close by. She's an avid reader and concertgoer, and on a mission to thrift all of the stripy sweaters in existence.

Tori is an Account Manager at DTD, where she manages client requests and meets with the team to ensure that deadlines are met, and client needs are addressed. She holds a degree in Marketing Management and is always honing her skills to stay up to date. She is committed to providing exceptional service and developing meaningful relationships with her clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, taking her dog for walks, tackling home improvement projects (only the fun ones!), and traveling. She lives in Kansas City - Go Chiefs!

As the Account Coordinator, Cameron assists with client requests and deals closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. She advocates for YOUR business and strategizes with our SEO experts, designers, and other team members to make your project a success. Cameron studied Marketing and Strategic Communications at Ball State University. Her past experience with marketing agencies and design has made her into the efficient project manager she is today. She also has Hubspot certifications in Digital Advertising, SEO, and Inbound Social Media Marketing so you can count on her to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Outside of the office, Cameron loves to paint, travel to national parks, watch scary movies, and see her favorite bands in concert. She lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, so go Hoosiers!

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, Luis builds and manages the SEO and paid advertising strategies that connect our clients with the right customers. From earning a top spot in organic search to running paid campaigns, he digs into the data, spots the gaps and opportunities, and turns them into a clear plan that grows their traffic, leads, and sales. Luis started out on the sales side of digital marketing, so he learned early to listen to what a business actually needs before recommending a strategy. Over the past nine years he has worked hands-on with dozens of clients across home services, legal, e-commerce, and manufacturing, and he has watched digital marketing grow and change, from classic search rankings to today's AI-powered search results and ad platforms. Whether your customers are searching or scrolling, he makes sure your business shows up where they are.

Outside of the office, Luis loves hitting the gym, playing hand drums, getting lost in a good video game, and keeping up with his favorite anime. He's based in Miami, Florida.

As a Digital Project Manager, I partner with clients to create, manage, and execute their marketing strategies. In this role, I also work closely with internal team members to ensure those involved have a firm understanding of clients’ needs, objectives, and goals to support successful programs that drive results. With a keen ability to quickly adapt to shifting projects and priorities, I think on my feet to ensure deliverables are met, clients are happy, and their desired outcomes are achieved.

Krystal love thrifting. She can spend hours combing through thrift stores and estate sales, looking for that diamond in the rough that just needs a little bit of creativity to unlock its hidden potential. I find myself applying that principle to much of my work – with just the right amount of polish, and given the proper platform, every story can shine.

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, Maria touches multiple aspects of a given marketing campaign. This can be anything from improving customer experiences by curating personalized digital content, to fostering online engagement, or using analytic insights to refine our marketing strategies across campaigns. She has multiple Google and SEMRush certifications and is always on the lookout for emerging ideas.

Outside of her work, Maria is a neurodivergent, multi-faceted creative, self-proclaimed nerd! She is a classical pianist but also an aspiring calligrapher, so if she ever gets famous you know her autographs will be 10/10.
