CREATE A UNIFIED
ONLINE PRESENCE

Do your customers recognize your company without seeing a logo or hearing your name? Are they confused when they reach a website that looks nothing like your business cards from a trade show, your ad in a magazine, or your truck on the road.

That inconsistency isn’t just a design problem: it’s a trust problem. Every mismatch is a small moment where a prospect has to double-check they’re in the right place. DTD’s branding process starts with a real look at how your company shows up today (online and off) and ends with a logo and brand guide built to hold up for years, not just until the next redesign trend.

WHAT MAKES DTD'S BRANDING PROCESS DIFFERENT

RESEARCH DRIVEN

Every engagement starts with a look at how your company currently appears online, followed by a discovery/strategy session, so the direction is grounded in your actual market position, not a guess.

CREATIVE RANGE

Clients typically see 6-7 initial logo concepts and go through three rounds of revisions before final delivery: enough variety to find the right direction without unlimited back-and-forth dragging the project out.

BUILT TO EVOLVE

DTD’s discovery process is built to identify what’s actually working in your current identity (a recognizable color, an established shape, existing goodwill with long-time customers) and evolve it where it makes sense, rather than assuming a full teardown is always the right call.

A BRAND THAT WORKS AS HARD AS YOU DO

A brand only works if your market recognizes it, trusts it, and remembers it, not just because you like the logo. Here’s how that’s played out for companies we’ve partnered with.

HOW WE CRAFT IT

01. RESEARCH

A look at how your brand currently appears online and off, before any creative direction is set

02. DISCOVERY/ STRATEGY SESSION

A conversation to align on your positioning, audience, and what the brand needs to communicate

03. MOOD BOARD

2-3 directions covering color, imagery, and overall feel, so you’re weighing in on direction before a single logo concept is drawn

04. LOGO CONCEPTS

6-7 initial concepts presented for review

05. REVISIONS

3 rounds, typically, to refine the chosen direction

06. FINAL ASSET DELIVERY

Completed logo files delivered in the formats you need to use it anywhere

COMMON QUESTIONS

A logo usage guide is included by default with every logo design engagement. It covers spacing, sizing, and basic dos and don’ts so your new logo gets used correctly from the start. A full brand guide (colors, typography, image style, and application mockups) is available as an add-on for companies who want a more complete reference, especially useful if you’re planning to grow your team or bring on additional vendors down the road.

Branding is a standalone service at DTD. It’s not bundled into website, content, or paid media work by default. That said, it’s commonly added onto other engagements (a new website build, a Customer Success plan, or a broader marketing package) for companies who want their visual identity solved before or alongside other work.

Not necessarily. DTD’s discovery process is built to identify what’s actually working in your current identity (a recognizable color, an established shape, or existing goodwill with long-time customers) and evolve it, rather than assuming a full teardown is always the right call.

Most engagements run about 6 weeks, though the timeline depends heavily on how quickly your team can meet and review. Because this is the foundation for everything else marketing touches, DTD builds in multiple check-ins rather than a single big reveal.

READY FOR A BRAND
THAT ACTUALLY HOLDS UP?

Your brand shouldn’t look like three different companies depending on where a customer finds you. Let’s build one identity that’s consistent, credible, and recognizable everywhere your buyers look.
