Pearl Media came to David Taylor Digital to make their online presence as impressive as their innovative business. We started with a messaging exercise and website redesign to ensure every visitor found what theyā€™re looking for. Then, we moved on to organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic to the new website.

Challenge

Unfortunately, Pearl Media had no historical data or any organic search rankings driving traffic. They were not tracking conversions, and they had an extremely niche audience. With a highly competitive market, they needed to make sure the appropriate audience found them first in search results and converted to leads.

Solution

Through the DTD Keyword Research and SEO Tune-Up, we started driving traffic to the new website, and then we optimized the lead flow with forms on each page to create opportunities for quick conversions.

Since weā€™re always testing to learn what works best, we A/B-tested landing pages for creative and copy so we had data on what converted and what didnā€™t.

We also developed campaigns to target their specific audience of commercial real estate owners in order to expand their inventory and created templated digital marketing assets to announce their new inventory.
